Trust is an Energy of Flow

The Buddhists have a few slogans
regarding trust:
"Don't act-out with a twist,"
and
"Drive all blame into yourself".
Such slogans recognized that
we are the creators of our
persona reality.
But trust,
I tell you, never happens over-night.

Consider...
Look into the source of things,

how one cares for one's self,
loves one's self.
You'll get some knowledge
of what's going on with trust in that.
Loving remains only an ideal
otherwise.

So many ask how it can be,
a stranger is a kinder personality
than family
and even a sometimes friend.
We're often on our best behaviors
for strangers.
We always get to trust
when things start fresh.

With family and friends
there is always a past.
There are no absolutes
no means to an end
when it comes to the flow
of trust.

It's never about a person, a personality;
it's about what a person does.
It's never about the world, or the painful politics
of arguing with reality, or
"what is".
The Universe provides an abundance...
Which is why trusting and loving
can feel so radical
and so radically opposed
to anything
one has ever known.

Trust is an energy of flow,
not force.

Why relegate someone
into confinement,
a box?
It is morally wrong.
But in a society in denial
we are all fairly good at
doing that to ourselves!
And losing faith in the process,
the journey of reality,
"what is".

There may be a possibility to look at what
is being done.
Keep your finger on the pulse
of loving yourself or someone.
Change it.

You "like" or "dislike" someone:
have you ever met anyone who is perfect?
Are you perfect, spotless,
without skeletons?

Like or dislike is that tenuous state,
quantifying, qualifying -
spinning
like dime.
Manic depression
or
total outright aggression.

Focus on the boundaries and limitations
of what's working or not working.

Focus on adjustments
or needed requirements
for change...
But don't deify.
See reality for what it is,
and do your best
not to turn a soul into a,
a devil
or victim or
a whore.

The Speed of Love, lyrics by Rush

"The Speed Of Love"

Love is born with lightning bolts
Electro-magnetic force
Burning skin and fireworks

...A storm on a raging course

Like a force of nature
Love can fade with the stars at dawn
Sometimes it takes all your strength,
Just to keep holding on.

At the speed of love
A radiance that travels
At the speed of love
My heart goes out to you.

Love is born with solar flares
From two magnetic poles
It moves towards a higher plane
Where two halves make two wholes.

Like a force of nature
Love shines in many forms
One night we are bathed in light
One day carried away in the storms
At the speed of love.

Nothing changes faster
Than the speed of love
My heart goes out to you.

We don't have to talk
We don't even have to touch
I can feel your presence
In the silence that we share.

Got to keep moving
At the speed of love
Nothing changes faster
Than the speed of love

Got to keep on shining
At the speed of love
Nothing changes faster
Than the speed of love.

At the speed of love
A radiance that travels
At the speed of love
My heart goes out to you.

Can I Absolutely Know It's True?

You can be a Beast, with fangs. For the most part, I like it. Do I really believe this is true? Do I absolutely know it's true? No. Because I've looked into your heart and sense there's not enough love in the world to go around for you... And that's a good thing. (It's the common pain we share.)

I like the idea of us, coming to one another hopeless. It frees us up of the tripping... Even if it feels frightening. We've talked thousand times for a thousand lifetimes... We should know we're safe with with each other!! It's the fault-finding, the paranoia that are poisons to truth-seekers. We have what it takes to work it out!

Life is unconditional love. Evolution comes in giving ourselves permission to close-down the "gates", open our hearts.
Sure, it's god-damned painful! At a core level, there's something twisted with those who need to use others as a technique of personal growth.

Is It True?

My mother is a bear...

No, it's not true; my mother is not a bear. She's a human being who continues to be deeply wounded, because she was abused as a child. Like many men and women I know... But with people, there is always a certain amount of denial. And with that, projection of abuse. So in my mind, it becomes a bearish, animalistic thing I don't always understand.

As a child, you learn to extend your energy beyond your body in order to "read" and predict the energy of another (also known as empathy). Not a good thing. It can make for a continuous identity crisis if you are never taught or encouraged to individuate... If no one has ever told you it's ok to love yourself, or shown you that all the real love you need comes from within.

There is a certain amount of paranoia that comes with being empathic. Many people live with it, not knowing this is the reason some are calling the New Millennium "The Age of Anxiety". Something we have inherited from the Baby-Boomers and bearish people who have been taught that life is "disposable", a throw-away.

Is it true, that my mother is a bear? No. It's not true, but I am also beyond caring because it has taken over 45 years for me to figure out the truth, and who I would be without this belief.

Everything Being and Becoming is a Celebration

Everything
being and becoming is
a celebration
of the spirit of love.

Where even their most morbid thinking,
thoughts of death, not one thing would
erase
this great memory,
this lone desire for
that
loving face.

That single face!
The one which holds alone
pure kindness and
surrender!
Perhaps no body member
despite the heart
can lift itself
in such delight and grace

To open fully, innocent,
to feel better and let go,
let your mind go
to the happiness you know;
join us,
in this great cosmic kiss
perhaps no body member
despite the heart
can lift itself
in such delight and grace

Love and Respect Gives New Energy

Judgment is ugly — it hurts people. On the one hand you go on hurting them, and wounding them, and on the other hand you want their love, their respect. It is impossible. You love them, respect them, and perhaps your love and respect may help them to change many of their weaknesses, many of their failures — because love will give them new energy, a new meaning, a new strength.

The First Love Has To Be Towards Oneself

The body has to become weightless so that you almost start walking above the earth; that is the Tantra way to walk. You are so weightless that there is no gravitation, you simply fly. But that comes out of great acceptance. It is going to be difficult to accept your body. You condemn it, you are always able to find faults with it. You never appreciate, you never love it, and then you want a miracle - that somebody will come and love your body! If you, yourself, cannot love it, then how are you going to find somebody else to love your body? If you cannot love it, nobody is going to love your body because you will keep people repelled.

You fall in love with a person who loves himself, never otherwise. The first love has to be towards oneself; only from that center can other kinds of love arise. You don't love your body, you hide it in a thousand and one ways. You hide your body's smell, you hide your body in clothes, you hide your body in ornamentation. You try to create some beauty that you continuously feel you are missing, and in that very effort, you become artificial. - Osho

The Way of The Faerie, III - Innocence

Faeries are here
to teach us about innocence,
for all living beings
are interconnected;
therefore, we are not alone
in our transitions.
The faeries, devas, and nature spirits
guard over us and support us
constantly.
We are surrounded by vast networks
of unconditional love.
